I am trained in Person-Centred counselling, I strongly believe in the ethos of this approach as it allows clients their own agency. Working together to decide how many sessions would be beneficial, offering a safe space so clients can explore their feelings and accept their authentic self; I offer empathy and a non-judgemental attitude allowing clients to successfully gain internal personal growth to deal with trauma and challenges.
