I help people navigate life's transitions and find their authentic path through my "Dream Then Change" process. Rather than focusing on what's wrong, I highlight your inherent strengths and positive aspects, creating a space where you can explore life's deeper questions and align your actions with your true self.
My approach is methodology-agnostic and tailored to your unique needs. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD, and create a supportive environment where different ways of thinking and experiencing the world are understood and valued.
A cornerstone of my work is helping clients align their Thinking, Feeling and Behaviour - a framework that many find particularly helpful for creating lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck, questioning your purpose, seeking meaningful change, navigating life as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world, or looking to transform your relationships, I provide the support and framework to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I am also an enthusiastic musician and use the creative process where ever possible in my therapeutic work. As a supplement to this I also work with a Bristol based charity called Mind Your Music on a volunteer and occasionally paid basis and am Head of Trustees
