About me
I am an eating disorders therapist and nutritionist. I offer a blend of therapeutic and practical support for disordered eating recovery. This looks at the daily struggles, root causes, and breaking free from what keeps people stuck in disordered eating.
Experience
I have supported people with disordered eating since 2020, this is my 6th year in private practice. I have a masters degree in nutrition and a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy - this makes me a dual-qualified nutritionist and counsellor/psychotherapist.
