I've been Counselling with my Business, SLA-Counselling since Nov 2016. I love the work I do and the responses from people who I have helped, help themselves.

I focus on Depression, Anxiety, Stress and Grief, all or some of which are present when someone has a Reliance on Console/PC/Mobile Gaming (not gambling) and Social Media.

I approach each client with an open mind and a clean sheet, listening and interacting in a way that best suits the Client not a script, using my tool box of theories and experience to help them help themselves.

I have numerous Counselling Qualifications including but not limited to:

Level 4 Advanced Integrational Counselling Skills

Level 3 Pastoral Care & Counselling Skills

I mostly use Zoom for Online Counselling in the Evening but can accommodate other times for special instances.

I listen and I reflect.

I speak and encourage with a calm demeaner

I find a 'silver lining' and see if the client is able to reflect and see this too.

I remain Non-Judgemental and Congruent

I use different Methodologies in a Tool-Box, utilising what is appropriate for that instance and not the whole session.
