I am a highly experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist who has been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 15 years. I offer a supportive, calm and confidential space for you to explore difficult feelings, relationship problem, grief, loneliness or depression I work without judgement, helping you bring awareness to your habitual thoughts and behaviours. These habits once served to protect you, but now unfortunately get in the way of you living a fuller life. I help you develop a more compassionate way to deal with your harsh inner critic and discover more of your potential.

I am UKCP registered psychotherapist,. My qualifications include PhD Social Psychology, Dip Psych, Dip AWEN and BSc (Hons). I have trained in the UK and Germany in systemic constellations and am a fully trained volunteer bereavement counsellor who worked with families at Dorothy House Hospice.. I worked in organisations for a number of years and was struck by the level of human suffering in most organisations, and decided to train and set up my own psychotherapy practice.

I am a fully trained Core Process Psychotherapist specialising working with bringing mindful attention to the present moment. I have considerable experience of working with grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I also work with relationship difficulties, and for people wanting to find new purpose and direction in life.

I offer a safe and calm space where you can explore your issues with complete confidentiality. I usually work face to face on a weekly or fortnightly basis. I also work virtually over the telephone, Skype or WhatsApp. My starting point is you, and what you want from a therapeutic relationship. I offer both short term and longer term, depth counselling and psychotherapy. I provide life coaching for people who feel they have lost their way and want to find new direction or meaning in life.
