About me

I have over 30 years of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a passion for understanding and caring and I hope that is how you would experience me. My interest in this work has led to published articles and on-line interviews. I am open minded and interested in how different people experience life issues. Examples issues people have addressed with me are bereavement, relationship, identity, discrimination, sex and gender, self esteem, depression, ADHD and many more. I worked for over 20 years with drug and alcohol users. I will not judge you, but hope to accompany you on part of your journey.

I am non judgemental and open to hearing whatever you are experiencing, or have experienced in the past. I will work with you to help you make the changes you want to make. This type of therapy offers the opportunity for life changing movement at a pace determined by you I do not have an agenda for you and no theory about how you should live your life.
