I provide therapy for with clients with depression, anxiety disorder, relationships problems, eating disorders, low self esteem, bereavement, drug misuse problems, career difficulties and neurodiversity. I use an integrative approach including a psychodynamic approach, CBT and a person-centered approach to therapy. I provide a therapeutic space for clients to identify and express feelings which they find difficult to deal with. The objective of therapy is to enable clients to talk about their problems and gain insight into the problems, and discover appropriate methods of coping.
