Hello, and welcome! Allow me to introduce myself...I'm Claire. I'm deeply passionate about guiding others to embrace their authentic selves, empowering them through the transformative practice of Reiki energy healing. I always knew mine would be a spiritual pathway... I also knew it would unfold later in life when the timing felt right. I'm not 'old' by any means, but I had a deep sense that my calling would become clear when I was ready to fully embrace what was always going to be. I came out of a 30 odd year relationship in 2019 basically jumped into a black hole, not knowing who or what I was and where I was going... Over the next four and a half years, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. I faced my fears, learned more about myself, and began rewriting my story. I view life as a collection of books and chapters... closing one allows us to begin another, and with each chapter, we evolve, weaving our own unique story. My passion for empowering others is my motivator for all that I do... becoming a Reiki healer has been a pivotal chapter in my story. My greatest joy lies in empowering others to embrace change and step into their own power. It all starts with knowing, caring for, and loving ourselves. When we truly love and value who and what we are, we unlock our ability to evolve through self-love and self-care, we can move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose and I'm here to support you in every step on your journey. I completed my Reiki 1 & 2 in 2022, with Animal Reiki and Back Facial being completed in 2024. I completed my Crystal Energy Healing in March 2025 and Holistic Facial Therapy in July 2025. I have also completed Level 2 Counselling Skills course, equipping me with foundational tools to support effective communication and empathetic understanding. This training has deepened my ability to actively listen, provide a safe and non-judgmental space, and help individuals explore their thoughts and feelings. While not a substitute for full counselling qualifications, this course enhances my ability to connect meaningfully with clients and complements the therapeutic services I offer. Talking therapy is deeply meaningful to me, as it marks the beginning of a person's journey toward self-discovery and exploring the possibilities that lie ahead.
