I am an experienced life coach and energy healer, who specialises in working with individuals finding themselves at a crossroads in their life, whether personally or professionally. I support my clients in finding clarity, direction, self awareness, self compassion, improved life satisfaction and in releasing their limiting beliefs. This results in a discovery of who they are, who they want to be and an understanding of how they create their experience of life.

My services include life coaching, career coaching, transformative coaching (3 Principles work), mentoring for new coaches, supervision for established coaches, emotional freedom techniques and matrix reimprinting.

Background & Qualifications

After 22 years as an Insolvency Practitioner, I escaped corporate life and trained as a life coach. My business,Transitions Life Coaching, was set up in 2001.

My qualifications include the LCH diploma in Life Coaching and a diploma in business performance coaching.

I am a CSA qualified coach supervisor, advanced EFT practitioner and a Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.

I have a Psychology degree from The Open University.

In addition I have studied the 3 Principles, positive psychology, somatic coaching, heart intelligence, spiritual coaching, clean language, CBT, and emotion code healing. I am a member of the Association for Coaching.

My approach is eclectic and spiritual: through meaningful conversations in a safe space, a range of techniques and thought provoking exercises or just by pointing you towards an understanding of your own state of mind, I can support you in moving towards a happier, more satisfying life.

Career coaching - a block of 4 sessions is £380 Personal coaching, 3 principles coaching, mentoring and supervision - 6 one hour sessions are £349, ninety minute sessions cost £459 EFT or Matrix reimprinting - a 90 minute session is £65 Sessions are available by phone, skype and face-to-face in my office at RIngwood.
