I am an experienced life coach and energy healer, who specialises in working with individuals finding themselves at a crossroads in their life, personally and/or professionally. I support my clients in finding direction and self awareness, reducing stress levels, and in releasing their limiting beliefs and the inner critics that can so easily sabotage them. This self development and growth results in improved life satisfaction and clarity about the best way forward. My services include life coaching, career coaching, somatic coaching (working with the wisdom of your body) transformative coaching (Three Principles work), mentoring for new coaches, supervision for established coaches, emotional freedom techniques and matrix reimprinting.

After 22 years as an Insolvency Practitioner, I escaped corporate life and trained as a life coach. My business, Transitions Life Coaching, was set up in 2001. My qualifications include the LCH diploma in Life Coaching and a diploma in business performance coaching. I am a CSA qualified coach supervisor, advanced EFT practitioner and a Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. I have a Psychology degree from The Open University. In addition I have studied the 3 Principles, positive psychology, somatic coaching, heart intelligence, spiritual coaching, clean language, CBT, and emotion code healing. Last year I began learning about Internal Family System; this year (2024) I am studying Positive Intelligence, and will be bringing those methodologies into my coaching. I am a member of the Association for Coaching.

I view all my clients as resourceful, creative and whole, with innate wellbeing and wisdom. My role as your coach is to enable you to see and accept that, to remember your true self and be able to heal and progress from the foundation of your inner wisdom. My approach is eclectic and spiritual: through meaningful conversations in a safe space, a range of techniques and thought provoking exercises or just by pointing you towards an understanding of your own state of mind, I can support you in moving towards a happier, more satisfying life.
