I am Neo, a holistic practitioner who helps individuals struggling with chronic anxiety, trauma, and "stuck" life patterns. I help clear deep-seated energetic blockages so you can reclaim your purpose and zest for life.

I have been studying and practicing healing modalities since 1995. My philosophy is simple: All ailments—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—are interlinked. Therefore, no one treatment method is usually enough. I apply ancient wisdom, including sanskrit mantras and modern energetic psychology to help you retrieve your sense of self and agency, gain confidence and hope.

My belief in this work isn't just theoretical; it was born from a moment that changed me forever.

In 2007, I was working in New Delhi with 24-year-old Australian man named Andy. A diving accident had left him a quadriplegic with no movement or sensation below his shoulders. As I began tapping on his face, underarm and crown (the EFT protocol), he started sliding on one side of the wheelchair and looking at the alarm on my face he said, don't be scared, just lift me back.

After 15 minutes, for reasons unknown to me, I asked him to let me know if he felt any sensation although I didn't at all expect or think he would. He looked at me and said, "Strange you should say that... I feel a strong heat in my underarms and like ants crawling on my scalp."

I went home and sobbed for a long time that day. To see a spark of life return to a body declared "numb" filled me with awe and a deep sense of gratitude. I carry that same conviction into every session I have with you.
