I'm a transformational coach working with energy, mindset, and soul alignment. Using EFT, the Energy Alignment Method - EAM, and the Akashic Records, I help people release the blocks that keep them stuck and reconnect with who they really are.

As a Highly Sensitive Person with an ADHD diagnosis, and an autism parent and partner for over 30 years, I understand what it means to live in a world that can feel overwhelming. My focus is on supporting parents and carers of neurodivergent teens and young adults, and on helping people shift long-standing patterns around self-worth, money, relationships, and health.

I work in person and online via Zoom.

I'm a transformational coach and mentor working with energy, mindset, and soul alignment. For more than a decade I've supported sensitive, intuitive, and neurodivergent people to let go of old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that feels real and sustainable.

I work on a quantum level with EFT, the Energy Alignment Method - EAM, and the Akashic Records to uncover and release beliefs, emotional blocks, and energetic imprints. The aim isn't surface change; it's the deeper shift that makes lasting difference.

As a Highly Sensitive Person with an ADHD diagnosis, and an autism parent and partner for over 30 years, I bring both lived experience and professional skill. I know what it's like to feel "too much," to carry invisible responsibilities, and to try to keep moving forward while managing challenges no one else can see.

My work now centres on supporting parents and carers of neurodivergent teens and young adults to navigate family life with more ease and confidence. I also work with people who are ready to shift blocks around self-worth, money, relationships, or health so they can move forward without the weight of old patterns.

Away from work I knit, garden, and walk by the sea. Those simple, grounding practices are as much a part of me as the work I do with clients.
