I have been an Holistic Therapist since 2004. I specialise in Reiki and Energy Therapies and like to keep my skills and training up to date. I offer many different therapies including physical therapies such as Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage,Thai Foot Massage, and Hopi Ear Candles. I also offer therapies that work more on the energy of the body for example Reiki, Crystal Therapy and the 5 Awakenings. I also teach Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Healing, Hopi Ear Candles and the 5 Awakenings Sequence and also run regular classes for Laughter Yoga.

I have qualified in Indian Head Massage, Thai foot massage, Holistic facial lift massage, crystal therapy and Hopi ear candles, but I specialise in Reiki. I teach Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki, and Karuna Reiki as well as Indian Head Massage, and various workshops.

I specialise in Reiki, treating a variety of conditions including ME and Fibromyalgia, and have recently trained in the 5 Awakenings sequence, which dispels trauma, bullying and abuse and helps with PTSD.

I work closely with my client's to decide what treatment will benefit them most and often use a combination of different Therapies.
