As a Psychotherapist (M.A.), Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Metaphysical Practitioner and Energy Psychology Practitioner, I draw on an holistic approach in working with my clients.
My aim to help you address challenging situations that throw you off kilter and find the resources within you to address this and bring you back into balance in life by teaching you skills in which you can access an infinite amount of resources. I see a variety of clients for different situations such as career change, mental health and well being, physical conditions such as MS, and each client has a tailor made plan drawn up for their specific issue(s).
My Approach
I work with clients who are seeking change on the deepest level to make progress in their mindset, personal life and careers. True success comes from finding balance and owning your power. I create a personalized integrative plan for you, using my various skillset to provide you with practical solutions to bring you back into balance addressing your emotional, physical and mental states from a holistic and spiritual perspective so that you can be in optimum flow for your whole wellbeing.
