Background & Family Constellation Qualifications

I have a background in both healthcare and hospitality, which led me to become a counsellor. My experience includes working with children in a charity setting and supporting adults in a drug and alcohol recovery centre. In addition to my counselling expertise, I hold a Master's degree in Food Science, which enhances my understanding of the body-mind connection.
I am a dedicated member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, committed to upholding its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults, helping them navigate a wide range of difficulties. My approach is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I utilise systemic family constellations, psychotrauma, and psychogenealogy to identify behavioral patterns and provide clients with the tools needed to overcome personal blockages.
