I am a Family and Systemic Constellations Practitioner and facilitator working online and at in person workshops in South East England during the autumn and winter and retreats at The French Retreat, near Bordeaux, France during the summer. Over the last thirty years I have trained extensively in methods which support wholehearted living, starting in the early 1990s as a More To Life Licensed Facilitator teaching Self-Esteem Enhancement and a therapeutic Image Consultant as a partner with Carolyn Miller Associates. A trip to Tibet in 1994 and meeting the Dalai Lama the same year, led me to retrain as a journalist and spend many years seeking out and sharing the world's most brilliant healing for mind, body and spirit in the UK press. This gave me the opportunity to work with shamans from the South Pacific, the USA and the UK leading to a two year Shamanic Practitioner Training in 2014-16; a Foundation and Applied Training in Systemic Family Constellations in 2019-2021 and I am part of an ongoing training with Daan Van Kampenhout who combines both these wisdom traditions.

The Small Print I am a student member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics. I am fully insured and receive regular supervision. Based on the Systemic Theories of Bert Hellinger and Family Constellations a session would look at your issue in the context of your wider family system, and will explore the hidden dynamics at play. We do this by creating a living map of your issue and finding what help you live our own life fully and let others live theirs fully too.
