My name is Nic and I am a Family Constellations Facilitator running workshops from The Blue Room at The Practice Rooms, Stokes Croft Bristol and doing one to ones in Frome and Bristol and on line. My background is NHS and I have worked as a Community, Hospital and GP based Pharmacist for many years before gaining my certificates in Family Constellations Facilitation with Barbara Morgan. I have also qualified and worked as a Homeopath which supported my move to Family Constellations Facilitation.

When I facilitate Family Constellations I focus on reconnecting us to flow in our lives, finding ways to feel our ancestral support, checking for relationships and entanglements in our family history that are blocking the flow of support and love from generations before. Signs of these blocks and entanglements can be frustrations and stresses that cause everyday issues - things like relationship difficulties, struggles with money, feeling unsupported, struggles with addictions, our own or those of others. Perhaps you are frustrated that your business is not going as well as it could or that your relationships always turn out to be more difficult than you would like. Perhaps you have suffered the loss of a loved one and can't touch into your grief deeply enough, or the sense of joy has gone from your life. Constellations can help very much with these issues and more.

Family Constellations can be done one to one, we would use figures or other objects to represent family members or with a group of people at a workshop - here other people can be set up to represent your family members or concepts such as blocks, money or a physical symptom eg an Illness. We start by acknowledging the field that has brought us together, we try then to move away from our thinking mind into our intuitive awareness, we work phenomenologically, seeing what follows with a brief chat about your issue, naming just facts not feelings, opinions or memories. You may name the people in your family of origin, for example, and then we choose objects or people to represent these as we start the constellation. We look at how each of these representatives interact, who they are draw to, how they are feeling and so on. This way we can throw light on difficulties and entanglements and using statement sentences and ritual we can feel for ourselves the changes happening in the field.
