Choosing someone to have a healing session with is not an easy task, and it has been one of the hardest things in my life. What if it is not the right person, or the right modality? What if I don't feel comfortable enough to share my inner world? What if I have nothing to say? What if this person can't see the real me? Is there something wrong with me? Do I really want to spend my money on self discovery? We can never know if this is the exact right place for you, but what I have found in my own search is that there is something that nudges us to try. Maybe just have a look at the images I have chosen to represent myself with. I took them whilst expressing my deepest self into the world. Perhaps you can feel in your heart that they resonate and you would like to work with me. I do have formal training if you would like to have a look at that on my LinkedIn page, but mostly I believe that healing and self discovery only happens when there is that little something else that makes our heart feel at ease with someone. My dedication to following my intuition, engaging in various wisdom fields and practises, has led me to many different fields of study. These include Somatic Bodywork, Spiritual Mentorship, Hakomi Healing, Basics in Counselling, Etheric and Energy Healing, Mindfulness and Meditation, Sacred Breath, Sound Healing, Dreamwalking, Yoga Nidra, The Art, Science and Philosophy of Iyengar Yoga, Dao-Jiao, Tai Ji, Qi Gong and basic TCM and Homeopathy. I don't offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions. I offer presence—real, grounded, loving awareness— and a space where your deeper healing can unfold naturally and spontaneously. This is all about building a relationship of healing and nurturing mutual understanding, so we can work as deep as is needed for you. I bring my whole self to this work: years of training, lived experience, and a developed consistent and sustained practise of meditation and self healing. I bring experience of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual vehicles, and navigate between them to aid your healing process and self discovery. Also considering the deeper dimensions where habitual behaviour and karmic burdens reside.

We will meet each other and take some time to allow nerves to settle, ourselves to settle. Then you can check in and see if there is anything present that you would like to share, if not that is also OK. Given time and space the exact right thing will happen and unfold in such a way that will allow us to discover together what needs to happen today. I trust in this process very much so you don't need to worry about what, where, when and how unless you want to. Healing, to me, is foremost about empowering and inspiring you, to explore and give your own inner wisdom a chance to be experienced. It is a collaborative process that can only unfold between us if there is compassion, empathy and harmlessness on all levels. To me this means that I am not here to tell you what to do, rather to assist you in discovering your whole self. My role is to support you and allow what needs to come into awareness for you to do so organically and spontaneously.
