I am passionate about treating people as a whole. In fostering better alignment with our mind body and soul (breath) the body naturally want to heal its self. This is not a modern concept but one that is based on ancient traditions that seem to have been forgotten or replaced by the western medical model.

My practice reflects my diverse training and life experience, blending tantric yoga, somatic healing, and psychology with a deep understanding of mental health and social care.
