For the past ten years I have worked in voluntary sectors helping homeless young people and those struggling with mental health issues. My private practice is focussed more to the unresolved challenges of adults and to the difficulties which affect older people.
I am an accredited Clinical hypnotherapist trained in counselling along with the following psychotherapeutic techniques:

I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and awarded a post graduate certificate by The University of West London. This discipline included the psychotherapeutic perspectives of analysis, cognitive and behavioural therapy which underpin the effectiveness of Hypnosis. I later studied and gained a diploma in counselling.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy from an integrative approach tailored to your needs. I provide a safe, confidential place to overcome difficult emotional issues.
I specialise in treating depression and anxiety disorders which underpin many stress related conditions including any past or present trauma which you may not have fully understood or recovered from. Alternatively you may even want the sessions for counselling to unravel and off-load confusing day to day conflicts or irritations where you feel stuck and frustrated with life. I will offer you respect and sensitivity to your issue where confidentiality is upmost.
I am a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I follow the ethics laid down by the BSCH/BACP and have full professional indemnity insurance, along with an enhanced DBS certificate allowing me to work with children and vulnerable adults. I meet all regulations as required from my professional bodies relating to Continued professional development.

Consultations are free and usually take about 30 - 40 minutes. Smoking/vaping cessation £130.00 please allow at least two hours for the first session. Depending on your beliefs about smoking, one session is often sufficient. Follow up sessions £60.00 Hypnotherapy sessions - approx. one hour £60.00 Skype sessions - approx. one hour - £ 50.00 Concessions for students and over 65 years of age.
