My name is Stephanie, and I practice under the name Eyeris Health as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am based in Horsham, West Sussex and also practice online.

My approach is solution-focused, helping you find the light at the end of the tunnel and keep it shining. Whether your struggles stem from family, relationships, or work, I offer personalized therapy that not only addresses your needs but equips you with practical tools for long-term empowerment.
