Most of my clients seek relief from various symptoms - from anxiety and panic attacks, phobias, weight and sleep issues to low confidence , poor self esteem, to wanting to control their habits and/or to get rid of of their 'emotional baggage,'

I have been in practice for nearly two decades and derive enormous satisfaction from seeing my clients change for the better in just a few sessions; e.g. some clients overcame their fear of flying in 4 sessions. They have also gained unexpected benefits when they release and resolve past pains; a former suicidal client now has a stronger and happier marriage.

My passion is to help individuals change for the better and keep that change. Besides seeing clients, I teach Self Hypnosis for Change at the Central YMCA in Tottenham Court Road.

My background is in education and educational broadcasting before training as a psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy Training Academy in Regents College.
