Since 2004 I’ve been supporting people both in person and online as they create positive and lasting changes in their lives. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life overcome challenges and build confidence. My approach is gentle, supportive and tailored to you as an individual.

I believe that everyone already has the resources they need within them. Sometimes we just need the right guidance to access them.
