I help clients who struggle to switch off at night, experience broken sleep, or feel exhausted by an overactive mind to restore calm, natural, and restorative sleep patterns. My signature Sleep Mind Programme is designed to address the root causes of insomnia using a combination of hypnosis for sleep, subconscious reprogramming, and practical techniques to support lasting change. This approach is particularly effective for those experiencing stress-related insomnia, night-time anxiety, or chronic sleep disruption.

My approach to hypnotherapy is personalised, flexible, and focused on creating lasting change at a subconscious level. I do not follow a rigid script; instead, each session is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and the patterns that are unique to you.
I integrate a range of approaches including hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), allowing me to work both with the subconscious mind and with the emotional and behavioural patterns that may be keeping challenges in place. This integrative approach supports deeper, more effective results.
Sessions are collaborative and client-led, providing a calm and supportive space where you can explore and shift unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and responses. We focus not only on symptom relief but also on addressing the underlying causes, helping to create sustainable change.
While I do not rely on pre-written scripts, many clients benefit from personalised audio recordings, which are provided to support your progress between sessions. These can be used at home to reinforce the work we do together and deepen the results.
