Hello I am an holistic therapist with over ten years experience in helping people to overcome issues that are impacting on their happiness and well-being. I have experience working in an hospital environment, in my clinic which is based in the Norfolk countryside and via Skype or Zoom. I use a multi-faceted approach with each session guided by you, adapting the way I work as the session evolves to ensure that you get the most from your appointment. My own life has had challenges which I have used to learn from and to explore the reasons we react the way that we do to situations and events.I am passionate about utilising the mind body connection knowing that every thought has a biological and chemical reaction within us. I offer Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Kinetic Shift, Reiki, Nutritional Therapy and Hypno-Zone Therapy in Wymondham and Attleborough and the surrounding areas. My journey into alternative therapies began many years ago after I was diagnosed with a potentially devastating illness. I began to look for an alternative to the 'solution' which was offered to me by the NHS. I was recommended to try Reflexology, firstly to combat the stress I was under whilst waiting for a diagnosis, and secondly to help alleviate some of the symptoms. It blew me away! Five years later I qualified as a Hypnotherapist and now specialise in treating people with Anxiety, Depression, Fears and Phobias and with a particular interest in Health Anxiety. I offer appointments via Zoom or Skype or, when possible, from my therapy room in Norfolk. As an addition to my Hypnotherapy skills I am also a qualified Kinetic Shift practitioner, an incredibly powerful technique to release unwanted and unhelpful thoughts, feelings and emotions. I am also qualified in OldPain2Go, a pioneering therapy which results in releasing old, unnecessary and lingering pain messages. My qualifications include Diploma in Professional Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP Level 3 Reflexology and full member of the AOR Reiki level 1 and 2 OldPain2Go Practitioner Kinetic Shift Practitioner Clinical Nutrition Level 4 Reflexology for the Treatment of Pain Practitioner Foot Reading Practitioner My constantly learning new skills and techniques to enhance my practice.

As a Reflexologist I have studied at length the impact of the effects of stress, both physical and mental, on our bodies. I utilise this knowledge in all of my therapies to enable a truly holistic approach.
