Formerly a Biomedical Scientist working in cancer services in the NHS for 15 years, I have been working online and in Staffordshire supporting busy professionals to reduce burnout, overwhelm and anxiety for the past 5 years.

I use a flexible approach, drawing on my skills to create bespoke sessions to help you with what you need, when you need it most. I disagree with expecting clients to have lifelong therapy. Instead, I've created packages of 4, 7, or 12 sessions depending on the issues you want to work on. We discuss this in an initial call and then you go away and decide what you'd prefer. This is very much a two-way process - I facilitate you helping yourself. As part of this I teach you a variety of strategies to help you continue to support yourself when our work is done, including self-hypnosis.
