I bring over 20 years of experience in holistic health and women's wellbeing, offering a safe, supportive space for deep healing and transformation. My practice combines massage therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and nervous system regulation to help clients release stress, recover from difficult life experiences, and reconnect with their natural vitality. Whether you are navigating the effects of trauma, recovering from illness, or simply seeking rest and renewal, my work is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I am a VTCT Level 3 qualified Swedish Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and women's wellbeing. My additional training and certifications include: Advanced Deep Tissue Massage Techniques Hot Stone Treatments Pregnancy Massage Myofascial Release Post-Surgery Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Diploma Sound Therapy Practitioner Training (using gongs, bowls, and therapeutic percussion) Alongside bodywork, I specialise in trauma-informed approaches: Advanced Practitioner in IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) Nervous System Regulation Practitioner Burrell Education Menopause Coach (supporting women peri-to-post menopause) I also hold NCFE / CACHE Level 2 in Understanding Domestic Abuse and maintain an Enhanced DBS check for safe practice. I work closely with Kent and Swale-based women's charity SATEDA, supporting women and families to rebuild their lives after domestic abuse. Women referred through SATEDA or by recommendation are offered a sliding scale of cost to ensure that financial hardship is never a barrier to accessing support. Please email me for more details.

My practice is largly female-focused, as I work from my home space and support many women who are navigating, or recovering from, the effects of domestic abuse. Creating a safe, compassionate environment is at the heart of everything I do. I offer: In-person sessions (women only) — massage therapy, nervous system regulation, and holistic support. However Online sessions of IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and Nervous System Regulation sessions are open to both men and women. . Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you are seeking bodywork through massage , emotional healing, or simply a place to pause and restore.
