I hold a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in NLPt HypnoPsychotherapy and am a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner. I am registered with the UKCP and adhere to its professional and ethical standards.

My training enables me to work with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, PTSD, phobias, stress, low self-confidence, and limiting beliefs. I have a particular interest in helping clients overcome the lasting effects of traumatic experiences, reducing distressing emotional responses and helping them regain a sense of control and wellbeing.

I offer both short-term, solution-focused interventions and longer-term therapeutic support, depending on each client's needs and goals, my backgound in leadership and hospitality has presented many opportunities to help leaders, parents, professionals, students with stressful situations, burnout, and trauma, anxiety, confidence, public speaking and relationships.

I offer online and in-person availability if in my local area.

I continue my professional development and specialist trauma training.
