I believe everyone is magical. No exceptions. Reconnecting folk to their wild magic is one of my deepest joys. Holding space for magic to bloom and sharing the magical practices that have helped me to thrive fuels me like nothing else. I believe our lives must be regenerative ~ what we take from the Earth we must give back to the Earth. Honouring our home; its creatures, sacred plants, rhythms and astounding beauty is at the core of all I am. My love of nature inspires and infuses into everything I do. I've always been an animist ~ discovering this word in my mid-20s was a lightbulb moment for me as it described my lived experience and reality. I feel deeply humbled whenever plants, stones and trees commune with me and feel overwhelming gratitude for their kinship, care and guidance. I believe we should live by the values we wish to see more of in the world. I invite you to do the same. To me, this feels like: Love. Magic. Intimacy. Gratitude. Heart-centred Being. Connection. Compassion. Presence. Courage. Honesty. Liberation. Autonomy. Regeneration. Reverence for Earth. Honouring Mystery. Cycle work weaves into all aspects of my life; whether lunar, seasonal, menstrual, or the day and night cycle, there is potent magic in paying attention to and working with these cycles. I feel most alive in the threshold/cusp spaces of these cycles, and feel deeply honoured whenever I am privileged to witness those crossing the thresholds of birth, puberty, menopause and death. I hold a conscious awareness and respect of an individual's right to autonomy, self-identity and expression. Awareness and understanding of intersectionality and systems thinking is core in my approach to healing; with the view of creating change collectively. I am mindful for my work to be inclusive, accessible and truly holistic; my aim is to support you in your wholeness as a human being, whatever your current situation and set-up may be. I always work in a way that is directed by body and soul ~ through muscle monitoring your inner wisdom dictates the direction of the session. No two sessions are the same!
