With over 20 years experience as a life coach (I was one of the first in the UK) I have coached scores of people and enabled to reach their personal goals. I am an Associate Fellow Coach and am Accredited with the IAPCM. I am the only coach in the UK to have had her own weekly column in a national daily newspaper. My Happy Monday column ran in the Daily Express for 7 years I won the Best Coach Award in the Best Business Women's Awards in 2017 and was a Judge in 2022 at the Best Business Women's Awards. I have been a journalist for 30 years and have written for every newspaper and quality glossy women's magazines I have run several highly successful business networking groups for over a decade.
