About me
I am dedicated and passionate about the work I do and love to see people grow and gain confidence in what they discover about themselves on some of the Sessions/Workshops and Courses I deliver. Individual sessions are also empowering for the individual and are part of the path to Self Discovery as well as an opportunity to gain new tools to assist in living a more stress free life
Experience
I have worked in various sectors including NHS, Private and 3rd Sector delivering a range of workshops and one to one Client work including Courses in Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Colour Therapy and Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams and Therapies including Reiki and Indian Head Massage. I am registered with the FHT, CNHC, Reiki Association and International Wheel of Colour Association and qualified in my first Therapy in 1998.
