About me

You might be feeling stuck in cycles of worry, low mood, overthinking or self-doubt or perhaps you notice perfectionism, people-pleasing, comparison to others, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling rejected or misunderstood. Stress may be affecting your motivation and confidence, and seasonal changes might be influencing your energy and mood. You want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control, able to move through life with balance, confidence, and self-acceptance but you're unsure where to begin. I offer a warm, down-to-earth therapeutic space where we can explore what's happening for you at your pace and begin to make meaningful, sustainable change.

Experience

I am a Clinical Psychologist with professional training in evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work exclusively with adults and specialise in difficulties related to anxiety, low mood, stress, and self-esteem. I am HCPC registered, fully insured, and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure safe, effective, and ethical practice.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion and kindness. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and feel supported throughout your journey. Therapy with me is structured yet flexible, focused on helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more empowered in your everyday life. I work with gentleness and patience, recognising that change can take time, and I tailor my support to your pace and needs. I want clients to feel that they are truly heard and understood, and that therapy can be a warm, approachable, and supportive space, not intimidating or clinical. I currently offer remote video therapy, providing accessible and flexible support for clients across the UK. Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I offer a brief, informal consultation to help you get a sense of how I work and whether we'd be a good fit, no pressure, just a friendly conversation to help you feel comfortable taking the first step.
