About me

Hi, I'm Leigh. Whether you're ADHD, Autistic or AuDHD, I help you build a life that works with your neurology, so you understand yourself more fully, can recognise your strengths, and find practical ways of living and working that support who you are. Together, we'll acknowledge the challenges without letting them define you. My coaching is strengths-based and affirming, celebrating your unique profile.

As someone who is late-diagnosed AuDHD and dyslexic myself, I understand that discovering you're neurodivergent can be both an enormous relief and the beginning of a real rollercoaster journey experiencing euphoria, anger, sadness, curiosity and much more, sometimes several of these within each day. If you're feeling overwhelmed after a diagnosis, exhausted from years of masking, struggling with executive functioning, boundaries, relationships, self-advocacy or burnout, or simply have a sense that you've never quite fitted in, you're not alone. These are common experiences for neurodivergent people.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, trust in your own way of being, and create a life that reflects your strengths, values and needs, scaffolded with practical strategies tailored to you.

Experience

My coaching experience utilises an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, ICF-accredited neuroinclusive coach training, trauma awareness and safeguarding training, underpinned by a human psychology degree.

Just as importantly I bring lived experience of neurodivergence, being Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexic, and some of the approaches I share with my clients help me manage my own life too. And, where it supports your goals, I'm also happy to weave relevant psychoeducation into our coaching.

Specialisms

Supporting Identity Transition following a diagnosis (or self-identification) of a neurodivergent condition

Living well - through the experimentation and development of personalised strategies

Psychoedcation - around many aspects of what we are experiencing as neurodivergent people, both within our bodies and from the environments and contexts we encounter

My Approach

Together, we'll create a safe, collaborative space to explore your identity, understand your unique neurodivergent profile, reframe internalised beliefs, and develop practical, sustainable strategies that work with your brain, energy levels, and lived experience.
