I have many years of peer support and mentoring experience, working with young people and adults experiencing a variety of crises.

I aim to provide an open-minded support service, which may just as likely recommend zen practices as offer life-coaching, conventional therapeutic talking/listening and person-centred peer-support.

I am qualified to NFCE CACHE Level 3 in Counselling Skills and Level 4 certified in Advanced Counselling Skills, Life Coaching and Mindfulness for Stress. I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Social Policy and Criminology. Matt is fully therapy insured and DBS certified.
