It is said that we teach best the things we have found the hardest to learn ! I have been on a learning journey for decades; starting from a place where I felt confused, resentful and misunderstood to learning how to relate to myself and others, to healing past trauma, changing my beliefs, and finding true peace and inner calm. It has been a lifelong search (and I am always still learning). I now view life in a completely different way, and have benefitted from the wisdom and teachings of so many different great experts in their fields. I can help you move away from stress, anxiety, confusion and sadness; to heal old wounds and learn from mistakes, so you will find yourself changed - and when you change, everything else changes around you. Your first step is to want to change, your second step is to be willing to open up (and if talking about your problems doesn't appeal, that's OK - I can help in other ways), together I guide you to heal (there are many different ways to heal, we can discuss what appeals to you ), thirdly you develop insight, self awareness and choice to act in new ways ( so you are not simply reacting any more ) and finally you start to see the world with new eyes.

I believe we all have trauma. Unresolved trauma leads to symptoms such as stress, anxiety, physical illness, and misery. In an ideal world therapy should be compulsory for everyone - we would all be much better people, relating to each other in healthier ways. Ideally a commitment of 4 weekly sessions is a good place to start therapy with me (we can cover a lot of ground in 4 sessions) - you may go on to continue with additional sessions at a pace to suit yourself, or you might pause, reflect and return for further sessions at a later stage (or not). I am here to work with whatever suits you. I will work with you in an informal way (in person or over zoom). Sessions are guided by you; once we establish what you want to achieve, I will help you to identify the root of your issues using quick, simple and effective techniques. I truly love my work. I am very conscious that this work requires you to reveal the most vulnerable part of yourself (which is often the part you have been avoiding all this time), and that that requires high trust. I promise you my trust, and discretion, my support and my best work for you, at all times.
