About me
I specialise in women's spiritual awakening and significant life transitions, particularly through midlife and beyond. I help you navigate these challenges and changes through Transpersonal Therapy - Embodiment - Somatic therapy - Nature Therapy - Mindfulness - Dreamwork - Active Imagination - Creative Therapies and Symbolic/Dream Work. I offer a free 15-20 minute initial consultation to discuss your hopes and preferences and to see if we would be the right fit. I offer sessions in-person and online. Limited outdoor ('walk and talk') sessions are also available dependent on your location and suitability.
