My Approach
Every consultation is bespoke for my client. For an aromatherapy consultation, I use good quality essential oils and the blend is prepared with my client choosing their preferred aroma. For clinical massage the aim is to treat and reduce the pain within 6 treatments and I use acupressure to treat trigger points.
