I am a qualified lymphoedema specialist and holistic practitioner in practice in Cardiff since 1998. I have 15 years of experience of working within the local health service as a medically qualified specialist lymphoedema practitioner. I am experienced in all aspects of treatment and on going care of diagnosed primary and secondary lymphoedem, lipoedema. asessment of lymphoedema and general swelling. I am also experienced in dealing with post surgery vaser, lipo suction and abdominal surgery. Insurance company referrals can be undertaken from most companies including BUPA, AVIVA, RED ARC and AXA I am qualified with the Austrian Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Casely Smith method of medical lymphatic drainage, and I am trained in healing. I am a professionally qualified reflexologist and aromatherapist.

I am qualified in the full assessment for PREVENTION, management and treatment in diagnosed lymphoedema and lipoedema. and assessment of these conditions This involves medical lymphatic drainage, multi-layered bandaging , exercise , skin care, assessment of correct garments and kinesio taping I also specialise in treatment post lipo suction and abdominoplasty I am also a professionally qualified reflexologist and aromatherapist. I offer a personalised approach focusing on self management and a range of integrated therapies. Session prices:- Lymphoedema/lipodema assessment £120 . Subsequent sessions £70 Kinesio taping Depending on area £10 Lymphatic drainage £70 per 50 mins, Aromatherapy £70 per 50 mins Reflexology £55 . At the moment I do mobile work for which I charge travel in addition to the above prices. It's £10 in the Cardiff area in addition to the above prices. For areas outside Cardiff it depends on distance.
