My practice as a Holistic Massage therapist looks at the whole body. Helping the body to relax and de-stress muscles and mind, helping to get rid of toxins locked up in the body and assist with the lymphatic drainage. Deep tissue massage uses slow sometimes firm movements to get further into the muslce tissue.

I have a centrally located tretment room or chose to have a home visit. I bring with me a heated portable bed, clean towels, paper bed roll and oils - to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst being treated. Or appointments can be booked at centrally located treatment rooms. All of my treatments follow an initial health check questionnaire and to understand what problems there maybe within your body, I then tailor each treatment for you. As a treatment would take place in the comfort of your own home, you can just relax with out the need to travel post treatment.
