Tanga has a peaceful complimentary health practice in Dulwich, where she helps clients manage conditions such as lymphoedema, using the gentle technique of manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder DLT, Austria). She facilitates recovery from injury, pain and surgical procedures, using techniques that reduce scar tissue and muscle contracture (including kinesiotape and deep oscillation therapy). Tanga's body massage style targets musculoskeletal and postural problems, aiding deep relaxation - and her light skin techniques on the face address patterns of tension, encouraging a fresh and youthful look.

Tanga has been in the field of wellbeing for over 20 years, emerging as a fitness intructress in Woerden, Holland, then moving to Staffordshire, middle England, where she diversified into the healing arts. She has studied a number of bodywork styles and continues to do so.
