I am a mobile therapist specialising in the Bowen Technique a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure. Using thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to perform Bowen’s unique sets of rolling-type moves which stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body to help it heal itself. Other therapies that I offer are Su-Jok, Relaxation Massage, Kansa Vatki Foot Massage, Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage.

Listen to the client, gain as much information as to what their problem is and then tailor make the treatment to help them achieve their expectation from the treatment. Having a rounded experience in several modalities it is sometimes easier to add a little of the other modalities with Bowen to achieve the goal. Good after care advice, especially with Bowen as the importance of not 'wiping' away the messages sent to the brain is vital to the client in the recovery.
