We all deserve to live a relaxed, happy and connected life. Beneath the stress, overthinking and endless demands of modern living, there is a natural sense of ease already within us. My role is simply to help you rediscover it.
My own journey of transformation began more than 25 years ago when I first stepped onto a yoga mat and then discovered meditation. At the time, I was searching for something deeper — some space from the noise of everyday life and the constant chatter of the mind. Through yoga and meditation, I gradually experienced what it means to reconnect with the body, calm the nervous system and find moments of stillness amongst the chaos.
As the years unfolded, that path eventually led me towards shamanic healing — a deeply transformative practice that works gently yet powerfully at the level of the subconscious. Whilst yoga and meditation helped me become more present and aware, shamanic healing allowed me to explore and release some of the deeper patterns, beliefs and emotional blocks that had quietly shaped my thoughts, reactions and behaviours for years.
Often, we carry stress, fear and conditioning without even realising it. These patterns can influence how we respond to relationships, work, pressure and life itself. Shamanic healing creates space to bring awareness to what has been hidden, helping to release what no longer serves you and allowing a greater sense of balance, clarity and connection to emerge.
Over time, I noticed something quite profound. The things that once used to wind me up simply lost their grip. Instead of constantly reacting with frustration or anger, there was more space, more understanding and a deeper sense of peace.
That doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes perfect. We all still face challenges. But it is possible to move through life with greater calm, awareness and resilience.
I’d like to share some of what I’ve learned through my own experience and help others in whatever way I can.
Alongside my work in wellbeing and spiritual development, I also come from a science and engineering background and remain actively involved in the engineering business I founded in 2006. Whilst these two worlds may appear very different on the surface, for me they have always complemented one another. Engineering taught me the importance of logic, structure and grounded thinking, whilst yoga, meditation and healing opened the door to deeper self-awareness, presence and inner transformation.
Over the years, I’ve found that many people are looking for a balanced approach to wellbeing — something that feels authentic, practical and grounded rather than overly mystical or complicated. My approach reflects that. I aim to create a safe, supportive and down-to-earth environment where people can explore personal growth in a way that feels accessible and real.
For more than 25 years, I have explored practices that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. What began with yoga and meditation gradually evolved into a much deeper journey of self-inquiry, healing and spiritual development. Through years of personal practice, study and teaching, I’ve come to appreciate that genuine transformation rarely happens through force or quick fixes, but through consistent practice, awareness and compassion towards ourselves.
Today, I support people through workshops and one-to-one sessions in yoga, meditation and shamanic healing. My work draws upon a blend of traditional yoga practices, mindfulness, breath awareness, energetic healing and subconscious exploration. Whether someone is experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm or simply a sense that something in life feels out of balance, my intention is to help them reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, clarity and wholeness.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs. Depending on what feels right for you, we may combine gentle movement to open the body, mindfulness meditation to calm the mind, and shamanic healing to support deep inner release. My intention is simple: to provide a safe, grounded space where lasting transformation can unfold naturally and at your own pace.
Whatever you may be navigating – a spiritual awakening, anxiety or low mood, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, career uncertainty, or a quiet sense that life could hold more meaning – shamanic healing offers a safe and grounded space to explore, release and reconnect.
Through guided shamanic journeying, we work at the level of the soul and the subconscious. This may include ancestral healing, gently transforming patterns carried through family lines; soul retrieval, restoring lost or fragmented parts of yourself following shock, grief or trauma; and power retrieval, reconnecting you to your innate strength, clarity and life force that may have been taken away or given away.
The intention is not to “fix” you, but to help you remember who you truly are – inherently whole, peaceful and complete. As old wounds are healed, a deeper sense of presence, joy and inner steadiness naturally emerges. What you seek is not outside you. It has always been within.
Sessions are intuitive, compassionate and experiential, supported where helpful by meditation, mindfulness and simple grounding practices to integrate the work into daily life.
Each 90-minute session is held either in person (if you are local to Stockport, Greater Manchester, UK) or via Zoom and costs £90. If, after our first session, you feel called to continue, we typically meet every two to four weeks to allow space for integration and deepening.
