I offer specialist EMDR support helping you reduce symptoms of Anxiety from work or relationships, or Stress. Experiencing any Trauma, Betrayal Trauma, Loss, Overwhelm, achieve significant shifts and relief. In sessions focus is on a distressing memory while I guide you through bilateral (side-to-side) eye stimulations.
