"I met with Suzi back in November 2015, for a "breakthrough" session. I had experienced a bit of a stressful time; and I found that I had kind of lost my personal tools that I would normally rely on; coping with stress was something I thought I was good at, but I felt overwhelmed with ongoing stresses in the year that led up to my breakthrough session. I wanted to reduce anxiety, irritability and blocks to progressing, as I found that I started to see negative effects in my personal relationships and also my self-confidence. I was constantly "in my head" over thinking and I had gotten into bad habits of negative thinking.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but knew that Suzi had a blended approach of various types of therapy including mindfulness & NLP. My session with Suzi was wonderful and she really impressed me for a number of reasons: 1) Her energy is extremely positive and uplifting, 2) she spent time to really understand my reasons for seeing her, 3) she did seem not apply one specific type of therapeutic approach to me; instead, she assessed my reasons for seeing her and applied a tailored approach that met my individual needs and that was really evident as the session progressed, 4) she practiced short periods of meditation with me in the session, which was new to me, and brought a relaxation element to the session, that was not purely based on problem solving. This element was focused around Mindfulness (i think!).

Seeing a therapist such as Suzi was the start of a new path for me in that I went back to London and am currently undertaking a mindfulness course, to continue the work that I did with Suzi - She really showed me the benefits of slowing down thinking and being "mindful". Seeing Suzi was the start of adding more tools to my toolbox essentially. And I will definitely be having a remote session (via skype/similar) with Suzi very soon.

"I went to Suzi for Pain Management having been suffering with CRPS for over 4 years. I spent my time in between a wheelchair and crutches and was in constant severe pain.
