With evidence-based CBT, self-compassion and mindfulness, I support clients in healing, growing, and transforming their lives.

Experience

I finished my training over 9 years ago at the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, based in London and Bath. I hold a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in CBT/REBT Integrative Advanced Diploma in CBT/REBT Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching from Mindfulness Now CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy REBT - Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy Integrative Therapy includes Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Compassion Focused (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Schema therapy Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) is a type of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) that aims to help a person challenge unhelpful thoughts to avoid negative emotions or behaviours.
