My mission is to empower at least 7 million individuals (of any species) to create the clear, calm, connected, confidence to choose to be themselves with anyone, anywhere at any time and take at least 3 minutes daily connection and joy. Which is well underway as I've already guided and supported hundreds of entrepreneurs to get clear, calm, connected and confident in communication and their next steps for their personal and business lives. My own journey of leadership transformation has followed me through miscarriage, divorce, disordered eating, supporting a loved one through addictions, supporting my Nanny with care home visits through her dementia Alzheimer's, rehabilitating rescue animals including 2 Romanian street dogs and a house cat with feline flu, releasing 4 stone in weight naturally and reclaiming my voice and clear, calm confidence which I now use to inspire and motivate others to ease their own life journeys. Through bespoke in person and online 1:1 and group Calm Leadership Mentoring, Calm Confidence Life Coaching, Timeline Therapy®, Animal Reiki and Reiki training of all levels, Hypnosis, monthly Reiki shares and calm connection pamper sessions for you and your animals.
