I have a background in the Corporate world and was a Software Engineer for 10 years. During this time I became very stressed and saw several colleagues have breakdowns. This led me to a journey of self awareness and discovery. I first qualified in Crystal Therapy and Reiki which both dramatically reduced my stress levels. Following this I discovered EFT and this profoundly changed my life for the better. I have been a therapist for over 25 years and have a lot of experience working with stress and anxiety. I am fully qualified and insured: EFTi Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner Mindfulness Teacher Reiki Master/Teacher Practitioner Master NLP Practitioner/Life Coach Practitioner's Diploma in Crystal Therapy Level 3 Foundation Course in Integrative Counselling I regularly complete CPD (Continual Professional Development) to ensure I offer the best to my clients. I specialise in working with women who are childless not by choice or going through Fertility issues. I have my own lived experience of not being able to have children and am now Menopausal. It was through my own journey that I realised the lack of help available. I have been a Therapist for over 25 years and I am now ready to help other women who are going through this horrendous journey. I also help with other life changes such as Menopause, Relationship issues / divorce and changing job or career. All of these changes or transitions cause huge amounts of stress and anxiety, something I have helped clients with for over 25 years.

I offer a free consultation via phone or Zoom to see if you would like to work with me. I offer email support in between sessions to ensure you get the most out of our work together, and to ensure you are supported on your healing journey. I offer face to face sessions in Exeter, Halwill Junction and Okehampton, Devon. I offer EFT and Mindfulness sessions online and have had clients from as far afield as Japan and USA. Distance Reiki is also available worldwide.
