I am a trained mindfulness and compassion teacher committed to supporting individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or life transitions. Mindfulness helped me personally following anxiety and post-natal depression, and now I work with clients who want to cultivate presence, ease, focus and resilience in their everyday lives. I work with busy professionals, parents, and anyone seeking a compassionate, grounded way to manage life’s challenges and create sustainable wellbeing. My work invites self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and practical tools that can be integrated into daily life.
I completed an Integrated Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training with Mindfulness UK, an accredited training provider recognised for high standards of professional practice and ethics in mindfulness education. This course is accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) at Level 4, equipping me to teach evidence-informed mindfulness and compassion practices in individual and group settings.
In addition to formal training, I have been practising mindfulness and meditation since 2016 and bring nearly a decade of personal experience into my work. My background in HR and education further helps me to understand and support clients navigating performance pressures, workplace stress, and life balance.

My approach is gentle, non-judgemental and evidence-informed. I help clients cultivate a deeper relationship with their moment-to-moment experience, paying attention to thoughts, sensations and emotions with curiosity rather than judgement. Mindfulness is not about “fixing” problems, but about developing inner steadiness and clarity, even in the face of difficulty.
In sessions, we may work with breath awareness, embodied mindfulness, informal practices for daily life, and self-compassion techniques. I create a holding environment where you can explore patterns, build skills for emotional regulation, and strengthen your capacity to respond to life with presence and intention.
