I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and an Advanced EFT Practitioner.

I specialise in helping people to overcome all forms of Anxiety, including, Panic Attacks, OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, and phobias, and also Stress, Depression, Trauma, PTSD and Addictions. I help with many other issues too.

I have a calm and empathetic manner and I'm non-judgmental, and I have many years experience.

I used to suffer from severe anxiety, depression and OCD many years ago and so I have a good understanding of what's it's like to have those kinds of issues. I overcame them completely on my own using only natural techniques, and I love to help clients to overcome them too.

I do really love the work I do, and I love to help clients to overcome whatever issues they are struggling with, quickly, safely and effectively.

I have over 15 years of experience, and I am always continuously studying to keep up to date with the latest research and techniques and to keep refining my knowledge and skills.
