I became a hypnotherist after experiencing hypnotherapy first hand and was astounded by its powerful and positive results.

I believe the subconscious mind is the key in solving many of the problems life throws at us, be they emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual.

I have a rich 14 years experience, working privately and have had seven years experience working for Platinum Healing Retreats.

In a session with me, I'd work very much on your energetic system, using colour and aromatherapy (Colour Mirror Essences) to help you change any limiting beliefs or behaviours that were holding you back in life.

I can help facilitate change in many areas of your life, working on trauma and your inner child. Helping you release limiting beliefs and programming, that you may have attained.

I am a heart centered empath, and have a gentle, solution focussed approach. My main aim is to empower you, so that you remember just how amazing you are.

I am a spiritual life coach and am very happy to coach you on your ascension pathway.
